Comfort over market relevance
Too many companies are victims of their own success. #Covid19 has accelerated the demise of those that are afflicted by the 'boiling frog' syndrome. IKEA has wasted the crisis because of a leadership crisis within: it is likely to become a has-been.
Sad to see another iconic brand fall prey to their choosing familiarity over relevance.
